Development and Management in Government, Defense, MNC, NGO and Public Sector.
I just completed my Tenure with UN WFP working for WFP Emergency Telecom Cluster in
Sierra Leone as IT Specialist P3 for Setting up the WHO Project Network Expansion for
Kambia, Port Loko, Makeni, Moyamba and Koidu. This includes connective to the Ebola
Treatment Units, WHO Staff PreFab Area and the WHO Guest House. Prior to this in India I
was Implementing the Judicial and Prison Management Operation System with Polycom
Video Conferencing and CCTV Monitoring System for Various State Government in India.
I was working as Project Manager for Various IT infrastructure Projects for Afghan Police
and Afghan Army Under the US Army IDIQ Contacts, I implemented the IT and Telecom
Networking for the entire Ministry of Interior HQ with 35 building Across Afghanistan from
December 2010 to August 2011. Setting up 27 Cell Tower in US & NATO Bases across
Afghanistan, also carried out Internal QA/QC Advisory for projects to meet the IT guideline of
NATO Training Mission - Afghanistan.
I am enrolled with CANADEM CANADA: Civilian Roster # 10127 and UNV Roster No 419653. I
have Experience as First Respondent for setting up ICT Base Camps during Disaster and
Conflict zone environment, using HF, VHF Radio Communication with programming and
Tracking Vehicle Monitoring and Radio Room Helpdesk. Setting up IT and Telecom
Communication with VSAT and BGAN for IT Automation and Media Conferencing and CCTV
Monitoring. Communication using Tracking Vehicle, GPS, Satellite Phone Thuraya, and
Iridium. Setting up Various type of Repeater, Antenna, Codons, Microwave link WiMax for
large distance Communication.
During my tenure In India I was Project Manager (Infrastructure - IT networking & IS Security)
with OST Electronics Ltd., INDIA, where I was involved with designing developing and
implementing Infrastructure and ICT project Rollout for Telecom, Online Gaming, IT, VSAT
ISP, IPTV, VOIP, VVOIP, ERP SAP Implementation for leading MNCs in India. Also
Implementing BAAN, ERP SAP, Office Automation, IT / IS Security Implementation in
Phased Manner for Communication BPOs.
From Nov. 2006 to Feb. 2009 I was at Tanzania, as Director Head (Telecom, Content
Services) for Quality Group Ltd. I was heading two companies under Quality Group Limited,
Tanzania, MyCell Co. Ltd, was a CDMA mobile operator with VSAT, ICT Fiber Optic
Backbone within Tanzania and landlocked countries of Tanzania, also coordinating with
the EASSY Project (East African Submarine Cable System, undersea OFC from Sudan to
South Africa).
I started my career as a Computer programming in COBOL & FoxPro; Programming for
Share Accounting, Draft & Bank Cheque Accounting, Payroll Management, Invoicing, Stores,
Purchase, Examination Evaluation Punch Card System. Further I worked as Coordinator
Marketing for Semiconductor Complex Limited, Chandigarh A Govt. of India Enterprise,
Dept. of Space (ISRO) and Took VRS in June 2004. I am an excellent planner and have
proven abilities in accelerating growth, generating customer loyalty levels and serving
institutions and corporate sector customers.
I was Heading P&L, ERP Implementation, HR, Training, Finance, Purchase and Logistic
Departments of the companies that I worked in India, Tanzania and Afghanistan and directly
reporting companys performance to the head of the Organisation.
