MOTION TO RESET HEARING

Respondent, by counsel, to the Honorable Provincial Discipline

Committee, most respectfully states that:

1. The hearing of the above-captioned case was set today November

18, 2015 at 2:00 oclock in the afternoon.

2. However, the aforesaid hearing schedule today, although equally

important, would conflict with another case that needs special

attention.

3. The undersigned has to attend to a recently engaged case

involving a child alleged to be in conflict with the law;

4. It is a policy of the State to provide special protection to

children, the best interests of children shall be the paramount

consideration, and every effort shall be exerted to promote the

welfare of children and enhance their opportunities for a useful

and happy life;

5. Measures to protect confidentiality of records of the child alleged

to be in conflict with the law is hereby employed.

6. This motion to reset is not intended to delay this case but based

on above reasons;
 WHERFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed

that the hearing set by the Honorable Provincial Committee today,

November 25, 2013, be moved to November 25, 2013 at 2:00 PM or at

such time and place as may be convenient to the schedule of the

Honorable Committee,

Respondent further prays for such other reliefs and remedies

that are equitable, just, and proper under the premises.
