This website will talk about American companies, mainly talk about the four beliefs
that make up a solid American company, among these beliefs are the corporate
values that these companies have, as well as know that American companies take
in counts some values to have a good work environment since it helps them to
have a better development within the company, also within this website will be
explained to the values, behaviors, attitudes, among other things that are expected
inside of the leaders who are the supervisors, managers, and directors working in a
American Company, also will be announced the same aspects that are expected
from leaders but now from employees or so-called members who work in a
American Company.

The values in an American Company

-Responsibility

One of the most important value is the responsibility, cannot be a company without
irresponsibly persons, every company look for responsible workers.

-Honesty

An honesty person always is a good employed the entire companies search this
value on a person.

-Positive attitude.

A positive person always increases sales and contributes for a nice work
environment.

-Self-motivation

This value is really appreciated on an employee; this value is look because a


selfmotivation person is more efficient working.

-Loyalty

Be a loyalty person is an indispensable value to work in a really seriously company


and that is essential to grown up in a company.

- Professionalism
Be a professional person is very sought because this person apply all the
knowledge to his work, is a good look person and always give more than they
asked for.

-Trustworthy person.

The most important value that Americans companies look in an employee is to be


trustworthy, this value is really important to have a good impression for the
company.

Values referred at the Work Environment.

Discipline Perhaps this is one of the most difficult business values to find,
discipline is usually a cover letter; Being disciplined in business means such
essential things as punctuality, following a plan carefully, setting goals and striving
to achieve them, separating personal things from those of the company, respecting
the resources of the business as such, and in general, having the Conviction to
finish and not leave things that are important for the formation of a successful
project.

Self-criticism This is an extremely important value because in many cases, the


entrepreneur loses the floor and considers or assumes that all the actions he takes
within his business are the most correct; To be self-critical is to accept that as
human beings we tend to err and that such mistakes represent the acquisition of
experiences and knowledge that will be essential to evolve as entrepreneurs and
as people.

Proactivity This is a clear feature of successful entrepreneurs, being proactive


means taking action on the opportunities presented to us daily; Predict, intuit, and
act positively on all problems that may occur in the business, one must be able to

with all the staff that has to carry.
