SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JULIUS V. BACULIO, of legal age, Filipino, and with address at

Scions, Block 8 Lot 9, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute, appoint and
authorize ATTY. SAMUEL RYAN C. RUDINAS, Filipino, of legal age,
with address c/o at Door 5, Borromeo Building, Toma Saco 14 th Street,
Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-
fact, in my name, place, and stead, to do the following acts:

1. To get and collect the bail bond in Criminal Case No. 899 for Estafa and
Criminal Case No. 373 for Theft lodged with the Regional Trial Court
Branch 41 in which I am the Accused. The case was ordered
DISMISSED for LACK OF JURISDICTION of the said trial court thus
the bond posted by my son to secure his temporary liberty under
O.R. No. 5399627 dated April 13, 2011 in the amount of Php40,000.00
was cancelled and ordered to be released to his bondsman;

2. To receive and sign any and all documents that may be necessary in
relation to the authority given; and to make payments and other legal
requirements, issue receipts, acknowledge acceptance and receipt of
any document of object on my behalf and on behalf; and to do any
other acts in the fulfillment of the power conferred upon him.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact

full powers and authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or
necessary, to carry into effect any authority required of me, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present,
with full powers of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that said attorney or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause
to be done by virtue hereof.
