Classification of impeller (by principle)

Relations Between Discharge And Capacity
The sizes of discharge reflect the capacity and flow
speed.
If the discharge is too big, it could cause waste and
silt.
If the discharge is too small, the pipe friction loss
becomes high.
Therefore, we need to choose a suitable size of
discharge.
