1.0. DESCRIPTION
The SLC-GW-400 zigbee lighting control gateway, working together in coordination with SLC-CT-001 signal
receiver and system software, is a cost-efficient smart lighting solution for large scale intelligent street
lighting and smart industrial lighting applications.
The gateway enables a wide range of functions in the smart lighting control system.
Receives the control command from the remote server and dispatches the command to the target light.
Collects the status information from every light, and report to the remote server.
Provides the main switch control service for up-to 4 circuits.
Multiple lighting control schedules for different conditions can also be remotely programmed .
Can provide the daily lighting control service with the absence of remote server.
An internal 3-phase energy metering block is integrated in the gateway device for 3-phase electrical pa-
rameter measuring.
The external smart energy meter can be read by the gateway via RS485 communication protocol.
The remote sensing function provided by the gateway can be used for monitoring status of power distri-
bution cabinet, or any exception occurs during the main-switch control.

SMART LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM

6.0 SYSTEM FUNCTIONS:

6.1. Equipment management and GPS map

This feature shows system database in which the server can record the information of each lamp which
includes product specifications, light pole number and the location information, etc. Each lamp can be
on visual display on the map; when an individual lamp is selected user is able to view the specific de-
tails of the lamp.
6.2. Remote control of entire circuit :
This features enables remote real-time access to timing control, path in power distribution cabinet and
on/off function switch of each circuit.
6.3. Remote control individual lamp :
This enables remote real-time control of individual lamp switch (driver), we are also able to control
the brightness of the lamp using the dim function. Timing and scheduling of lamps can be set both
individually or by groups.
6.4. Condition monitoring:
With this feature we are able to monitor the lamp status, which includes the current brightness level,
working voltage/current/power and other operation parameters such as temperature.
6.5. Automatic fault detection and alarm system:
This features provides immediate report of lamp malfunction. Any failures of malfunction are immedi-
ately reported via the system .
6.6. Real-time power monitoring:
The system software can concentrate on roads with controller built-in electric meter or external smart
meters for remote automatic meter reading. The system is able to measure three-phase electric each
phase voltage, current, the instantaneous active power/reactive power, apparent power, power factor,
phase angle, active power and reactive power, etc., The System software can monitor the real-time
data and can also draw on historical data for analysis.
