Smart Air
Air is a key component in all internal combustion engines.
Using the motion of gasses at a range of psi rates that pass
miniature battery like metal plates of certain metallurgical
composition, to build up a subtle induced electrostatic field. In
the diesel application, the modifier units offered effectively
changes the physical properties of air yielding practical results
supported by the case studies presented here. The advantages
are 1) more efficient combustion resulting in lower fuel
consumption 2) recycled crankcase oil vapor carbon molecules
binds more completely with the gases and are eliminated more
effectively from the system by re-burning cycle, which begins to
lower the level of damaging carbon deposits in the lubricants.
This electrostatic field reaches optimum level of operation
within a minute after starting and remains at optimum level
regardless of speed RPM, throttling or humidity.

Case studies presented were conducted as a longitudinal


study. All participants are currently still using the units
after 3-5 years from the date of testing.

There is no erosion of materials used in the modifiers,


since it is employed as a true catalyst by definition. The
subtle forces act like gravity to maintain integrity of the
catalytic elements employed.

What we will call introduced Air Stabilization Technology


neutralizes electronic charges in the gases prior to intake,
and eliminates molecular clumping. The molecules have
greater surface area for oxidization during combustion.
Separated molecules have a much greater brisance: a
property of matter, referring to the velocity it transfers
force wave radiation during ignition or combustion.

Due to this speed of combustion, less heat loss occurs in


the generation of power. Less heat also means less
deterioration of the strength of materials used to make the
engine and less vibration from force variance between
cylinder firings.
Less vibration occurs using introduced Air Stability Technology.

Engine vibration contributes to required periodic


overhauling, an expensive solution to extending engine
life: blue print balancing, ft./lb. torque calibration, and
dynamo testing as well as a re-break in period for newly
replaced parts.

After $60,000 overhaul an engine is never considered


equal to a new factory manufactured engine. Manual
disassembly and reassembly during overhaul never results
in an engine equal to original product of manufacture.

A normal accounting life of a diesel is 1 Million Miles ? with


one overhaul to repair cylinder wall and valve damage
caused by scoring from carbon vapor and irregular
combustion.

Installing the units and an oil filter change results in


cleaner oil as lubricants retain their optimum level of
protection, enhanced by the engine running at consistent
temperature ranges from better combustion. Less burning
of parts, seals remain more intact, and cylinder
compression leakage is reduced.

Oil vapor carbon, fuel and re-burned fuel burn at 2x


efficiency from a normal levels.

The computer chip controlling mixture ratios in newer


vehicles is designed to maintain rpm needed to avoid
stalling. At higher rpms the chip maintains that same gas
to fuel ratio. If redesigned to parameters that allow for
leaner mixture, theses modification units will provide the
same power with leaner mixtures. The additional gas only
serves to pollute in excess of what is needed. The levels
that are EPA acceptable can be exceeded by this
technology.

CASE 1

Application : DIESEL POWERED WOOD CHIPPER


Purpose : Mechanical pulverization of wood stump, used in
construction excavation for rock breaking.
Maintenance cost : One engine overhaul is normal, costing $60,000+
required during expected engine life.

Engine : Caterpillar 12 cylinder - 900 horsepower.


Use : Large tub grinder, shreds wood debris for export
RPM constant fluctuations of work load from size of debris being
grinded

maintain RPM. This occurs under normal conditions, on a thirty
seconds cycle

gallons of fuel per day based on 1 week test results This cost
expressed at a mean $2.30 USD / diesel gal translates roughly

Application : garbage trucks 4 Fords


2 2006 models with the 6.0 liter turbo diesel
1 2009 model using Ford 6.4 liter twin turbo diesel engine.
After installing the modification system,
operators noted an increase in power and a reduction in engine
noise.

In stop and go use


Regeneration exhaust converter adds fuel into the exhaust to burn
collected contaminants in order to clean the exhaust system every
other day.
The vehicle smokes for several minutes during the regeneration
cycle. After installing the units, the regeneration cycle of the

Engines previously had open to atmosphere crankcase vents, now
enclosed and recycled back into the engines induction tubing.

972 Cat loader had been problematic . The oversized bucket caused
smoking considerably, ran too hot and used oil at an alarming rate,

year. What is that $1200 /year discounted from $3/quart for oil ?
Plus its an amazing reduction without any other additives at all

The Cat 980 loader had 10% greater productivity according to
operator observations : faster acceleration, more torque And overall
greater work potential.
Older gravel truck with a 300 hp. Cat engine. struggled up the hills
and only maintained 20 Kms per hour in 2nd gear and smokes
significantly.

After installing units the older truck produces no visible smoke

Upon returning to civilization with several hundred

APPLICATION Excavators

Asked to improve the performance and reliability of a new


excavator with latest emission control equipment and only 150 hours
of use,
It had significant operating problems because of EGR recycling,
retarded timing and strict computer control of engine operations.
A team of engineers flew over from Japan to improve the engines
function but were unsuccessful
Company was forced to accept its operating limitations.
