SIGNIFICANT PROFESSIONAL SUCCESSES

REDUCED the TRIF Rate from 4.7% to 2.0% within first 18 months in position by promoting
greater awareness, communication and collaboration between district personnel and upper
management. RESULT: Received the highest internal Multi-Systems Audit in the Central
Region and second highest in the U.S.

NOMINATED for Top Equipment Operator and chosen to represent all female EOs for the
Dowell Division, Dow Chemical at a national seminar in Houston.

EARNED an EMR of 0.67 for the four combined districts reflecting reduction in safety
incidents and OSHA recordables. RESULT: Since this was unusual to score 1.0, or below,
corporate insurance rates were reduced, employee morale and productivity increased which
increased corporate profits and provided a safe work environment for all.

MAINTAINED legal logs, driving and working times from the QHSE Department and upper
management. Adhered more closely to DOT and legal requirements regarding time-off,
equipment maintenance. RESULT: A Letter of Appreciation from the head officer of the New
Mexico Port of Entry congratulating the company on their well-maintained vehicles, the
training and expertise of the drivers and that no violations found for Out-of-Service, or illegal
logs during roadside inspections. Management was recognized and very pleased!

AUTHORED all HSE, DOT, HazMat Security and OSHA Policies & Procedures and
implemented all safeguards to ensure a safe, compliant workforce. Trained all District HSE
Coordinators and validated all documentation was per government regulations. This would

company required training and PPE for the field environment.
 Conducted field audits for safety of operational procedures on location. Trained and
observed employees in Behavior-Based Safety Program to reduce personal injuries.
Handled all Workmen's Comp injuries and paperwork as needed and filed OSHA 300
forms.
 Maintained electronic logging database and audited driver's logs. Trained employees
in OSHA and DOT training as required and was Lead Driver Trainer for DOT and
non-DOT drivers for Schlumberger Driving Program at both National Training Center
and locally.
