Here some points that I written down during our meeting last week,
please correct me if I'm wrong :

1. Thyroid have mines growth -4% with reason : Eqas and Price Issue
in some customers
Solution : Find out the quality programme ---> Deni
List the details of thyroid, check with Sales Rep what is
the reason ---> Thomas and Johan
All managers will have a meeting about TSH
Programme ( Price ) this week

2. Next year competition is to attack Roche ( the area sales meeting

will focus on Roche )
Follow up : Sales Reps have to visit customers that have cobas
e411 and cobas c6000 in December 2007
Complete the data of Roche to Phoenix

3. Service department will have dedicated FSE and TSO for Jakarta
Area :
Jakarta 1 : Zendi and Deasy
Jakarta 2 : Yudi and Inge
Jakarta 3 : Arfan and Tuning

4. Sales Reps, FSE, TSO will visit customers together to introduce

customer's TSO and FSE

5. Finance will give the details of sales rep performance in monthly

basis to monitor the sales easier

6. All Activities have to inputted on Phoenix ( via Opportunity---.

Activities )
Monhili will use data from Phoenix, transferred in Excel sheet ,
start on the beginning of January 2008 ( for December 2007 report )
Details Data for each sales stage for customer prospect have to
sent before the end of December

7. Sales reps have to visit all customers who attend the BB RTD in
Surabaya in the next two weeks
Additional Incentive for BB Axsym placement within 30 days after
the agreement signed

8. Communicate with customers regarding with control and

calibrator new price for IMx, effective on January 1, 2008
PM will publish the formal letter on December 17, 2007
 Check the possibility to transferred Imx to Axsym ( upgrade
system )
There are 8 priority customers transferred to Axsym ( Prodia
Medan, Prodia Semarang, Prodia Jogja, Prodia Solo, RS. Mardi
Rahayu, ....), for network lab will be handled by Key account
manager
Example Cost Call for the new price of Imx

9. New Product Launch eg. D-Dimer, HbA1C ---> will get additional
incentive ( different from ADD-ONS )
