Abstract :
This research aims to reveal the mechanism of re-engineering of the supply chain ; where the process aims at
re-engineering to redesign the overall administrative processes to achieve radical improvements in
performance measures and critical which include cost and quality and service speed and, therefore, adopting
this approach would be a tool to avoid the weaknesses and shortcomings, and achieving effective results at the
level of supply chain management.
