JUGES/JUDGES

Chaque ONTE peut proposer deux ou trois juges. Le comit organisateur soccupera du
logement et des repas des juges partir du mercredi soir jusquau samedi soir inclus. Leur
logement est prvu a Hotel Puerta Segovia environ 5 km. du centre questre. Le comit
organisateur ne se responsabilise pas daucun autre frais. En cas de ne pas utiliser le
logement prvu par le comit organisateur, il naura pas aucun remboursement et il ne
pourra pas avoir aucune rclamation.

Each NETO proposes two or three judges. The organizers will take care of the
accommodation and meals of the judges, from Wednesday evening till Saturday evening.
The accommodation of judges is at Hotel Puerta Segovia, about 5km from the equestrian
center. Other expenses are not taken care of. If the accommodation arranged is not used,
there will be no refund.

 REGLES ET CONDITIONS DE PARTICIPATION
REGULATIONS AND PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Ce championnat est organis selon le rglement international de TREC
de la FITE.
A linscription, les participants acceptant implicitement le rglement de la
FITE.
Les participants sengagent la comptition sous leur propre
responsabilit ou sous celle de leurs responsables lgaux.
Le comit organisateur dcline toute responsabilit en cas daccident.
Linspection vtrinaire ne garantit pas la bonne sant des chevaux et
nengage en rien la responsabilit de lorganisation.
Pour participer au championnat du Monde jeunes et open seniors
cavaliers seuls sont autoriss participer: 12 cavaliers par Nation (6 jeunes
cavaliers-6 seniors), dont 4 cavaliers par chaque championnat, participeront au
classement par quipe. Lge minimum requis par les jeunes cavaliers est de
16 ans le jour du concours. Lge maximum est de 21 ans. LONTE
organisateur peut inscrire 6 cavaliers individuels de plus par chaque
championnat.
This championship is organized according to the international TREC
regulations of the FITE. Entering means that the participants accept the
regulations of the FITE.
Participants enter on their own responsibility or that of their legal
representatives.
The organization declines any responsibility in case of accidents.
The veterinary check merely establishes if the horse is fit to continue, it
does not guarantee good health.
Authorized to participate in the World championship for young and open
senior riders: 12 riders for each nation (6 young riders and 6 seniors), 4 of them
will take part in the team ranking. Minimum age required for young riders on the
day of the event is 16 years old. Maximum age is 21. The organizing NETO
may register 6 more individual riders for each category.
Les chevaux doivent tre gs de 6 ans au minimum et mesurer au
minimum 1,30m au garrot. Ils doivent tre en ordre de vaccination contre la
grippe quine conformment au rglement de la FEI (moins de 6 mois) et
didentification lgale (puce lectronique et passeport national ou international).
Horses must be minimum 6 years old and be a minimum 1.30m shoulder
height. They must be duly vaccinated against equine flu, according to the
regulations of the FEI (less than 6 months) and legally identified (electronic
microchip and national or international passport).

ASSURANCES/INSURANCE
Tout cavalier ou propritaire dquid est seul responsable de tout
dommage caus un tiers par lui-mme, ses employs, ses aides ainsi que par
son quid. Il est donc fortement recommand tout participant ou propritaire
de possder une assurance en responsabilit civile avec une couverture
suffisante pour les concours internationaux.
Every rider or horse owner is responsible for any damage caused to a
third party by himself/herself, his/her employees, his/her helpers, as well as
his/her horse. It is highly recommended to every participant or horse owner to
subscribe to an insurance covering the civil responsibility, extended to
international events.
PASSEPORT DES CHEVAUX/PASSPORT OF HORSES
Le passeport FEI nest pas obligatoire si le cheval est identifi au moyen
dune puce et dun passeport national comportant les informations suivantes:
Diagramme Didentification-Information quant au propritaire-Vaccinations
contre la grippe quine conformment au rglement de la FEI.
The FEI passport is not compulsory if the horse is identified with a
microchip and a national passport with the following information: Identification
diagram-Owners details-Vaccinations against equine flu, according to the FEI
regulations.
VACCINATION/VACCINATION
Pour tre considr comme vaccine contre la grippe quine, tout quid doit
avoir fait lobjet:
1) Dune primo-vaccination constitue de deux injections de vaccin
antigrippal spares par un intervalle de temps compris entre 21 et 92
jours.
2) De rappels ultrieurs tels que lintervalle entre deux injections nexcde
pas douze mois.
3) Et dont la vaccination date de moins de six mois au jour de la
comptition
Aucune de ces injections ne doit tre faite dans les 7 jours avant larrive aux
curies du concours.
To be considered vaccinated against equine influenza, every equine must have
been:
1) Primary vaccination consisting of two injections of influenza vaccine
separated by an interval of time between 21 and 92 days.
2) Subsequent reminders such as injection interval does not exceed
twelve months.

 3) The vaccination date must be under six months.
The horse cannot be vaccinated within 7 days prior to arrival at the competition
site.
CERTIFICATS SANITAIRES/SANITARY CERTIFICATES
Chaque concurrent est oblige de prsenter les certificats sanitaires
requis pour le transport de lquid jusquau lieu du concours au moment de
lidentification des chevaux.
Dans le cas dun pais dorigine membre de LUnion Europenne, un
certificat sanitaire pour les quids enregistrs selon lannexe B de la Directive
90/426 en vigueur.
Dans le cas dun pais dorigine tiers, un certificat sanitaire pour les
quids enregistrs selon lannexe 2 de la dcision de la Commission 92/260
en vigueur.
Un certificat doit tre tabli dans une langue officielle de ltat de
destination et dans une langue officielle de ltat dorigine.
Lorganisateur veillera ce que les documents sanitaires ncessaires
pour le transport de retour sont tablis conformment au rglement. Il sera
valid par le vtrinaire officiel de la comptition avant le dpart des
dlgations.
Each competitor must show the sanitary certificates, required for the
transport of the horse to the place of the event, during the control of
identification of the horses.
In case the horse originates from an E.U. country, a sanitary certificate
for horses registered according to the annex B of the 90/246 valid rule.
In case the horse originates from a third country, a sanitary certificate for
horses registered according to the annex 2 of the valid decision of the
Commission 92/260.
The certificate must be written in an official language of the country of
destination and in an official language of the country of origin.
The organizer will take care that the necessary documents for the return
transport will be established according to the regulations. They will be certified
by the official veterinary of the event before the departure of the delegations.
