MHI will offer all shareholders of the Corporation rights to subscribe to common shares of stock
to be issued from the Corporations unissued capital stocks subject to the registration or
exemption requirements, whichever may be applicable, of the Securities and Exchange
Commission.

Growth rate of population- The Group estimates the useful lives of property, plant and
equipment based on the period over which the assets are expected to be available for use. The
estimated useful lives of property, plant and equipment are reviewed periodically and are
updated if expectations differ from previous estimates based on factors that include asset
utilization, internal technical evaluation, technological changes, environmental and anticipated
use of the assets tempered by related industry benchmark information. It is possible, however,
that future results of operations could be materially affected by changes in estimates brought
about by changes in factors .

Age distribution of population- The Philippines recorded a total of 92,097,978 household


population or non-institutional population in the 2010 Census of Population and Housing (CPH),
an increase of 15.8 million from the 76.3 million household population counted in the 2000 of
the household population in 2010, 33.4 percent were under 15 years of age or 30.7 million.
Children below 5 years old comprised 11.1 percent of the household population in the entire
country. Children aged 5 to 9 years accounted for 11.2 percent of the household population, and
those aged 10 to 14 years, another 11.0 percent. By comparison, in 2000, children under 15 years
old accounted for 37.1 percent of the household population in the country. Children below 5
years of aged comprised 12.7 percent of the total household population.

done unannounced, especially when the dealer is sick or celebrating a birthday. ARC makes it a
point to always bring a specially designed RC cake with greeting card to make the visit truly
memorable, just like what a true kapamilya would do for a loved one.
