- Raccorder imprativement le conducteur de terre du cble la terre ou ramener le fil de terre la borne prvue repre
par le symbole . Ce raccordement est impratif pour des raisons de scurit. Le fil de terre vert jaune doit tre de
longueur suprieure ceux des phases. L'installation doit comporter en amont du prparateur un dispositif de coupure
omnipolaire (ouverture des contacts au minimum de 3 mm : fusible, disjoncteur). Dans le cas o les canalisations
hydrauliques seraient en matriaux isolants, les circuits lectriques seront protgs par un disjoncteur diffrentiel 30 mA
adapt aux normes en vigueur.
- Coupe circuit thermique : Tous nos produits sont quips d'un thermostat avec un coupe circuit thermique rarmement
manuel, qui coupe l'alimentation du chauffe-eau en cas de surchauffe. En cas de dclenchement de la scurit A : Couper
le courant avant toute opration. B : dposer le capot. C : Vrifier le branchement lectrique. D : Rarmer la scurit. En
cas de dclenchements rptitifs, procder au remplacement du thermostat. Ne jamais court-circuiter la scurit ou le

4. MISE EN SERVICE / FONCTIONNEMENT
- ATTENTION ! NE JAMAIS METTRE SOUS-TENSION LE CHAUFFE-EAU SANS EAU :

pri fonctionnement des organes hydrauliques de scurit et de vidange.
- Mettre l'appareil sous tension. Aprs 15 30 minutes, selon la capacit de l'appareil, l'eau doit s'couler au goutte goutte
par l'orifice de vidange. Ce phnomne normal est d la dilation de l'eau. Vrifier l'tanchit des raccordements et du
joint. Pendant la chauffe et suivant les qualits de l'eau, les chauffe-eau blinds peuvent mettre un bruit de
bouillonnement ; ce bruit est normal et ne traduit aucun dfaut de l'appareil. Le thermostat est
655C. IMPORTANT : S'il est constat un dgagement continu de vapeur ou d'eau bouillante par la vidange ou par
l'ouverture d'un robinet de puisage, couper l'alimentation lectrique du chauffe-eau et faire intervenir un professionnel.
5. ENTRETIEN
- ATTENTION : Avant tout dmontage du capot, s'assurer que l'alimentation est coupe pour viter tout risque de blessure
ou d'lectrocution.

2.HYDRAULIC CONNECTION

4.PUESTA EN MARCHA / FUNCIONAMIENTO

 - Conecte el aparato a la red. Entre 5 y 30 minutos ms tarde, segn la capacidad del aparato, el agua gotear por el orificio

5.MANTENIMIENTO
- ATENCION: Antes de desmontar la carcasa, asegrese de que la alimentacin est cortada para evitar cualquier riesgo

- El mantenimiento domstico se realizar por parte del usuario: Una vez al mes, se debe activar el mecanismo de
descarga de la vlvula de seguridad, para evitar su calcificacin y verificar que no se encuentra bloqueado. El ignorar esta

ATENAO: A cada aquecimento, produz-se um escoamento ao nvel da torneira, no obstruir o escoamento. -
- Nenhum acessrio hidrulico deve estar situado entre o sistema de segurana e a entrada de gua fria do equipamento.

3.CONEXO ELECTRICA -
- Veja esquemas relacionados na p.3 & 6 (veja fig. , , ).
- O equipamento s pode ser ligado e funcionar que numa rede de corrente alterna de 220/240 V monofsica ou 400 V
trifsica, segundo o modelo. Ligar o equipamento por um cabo rgido de condutores de seco 2,5 mm2 (4 mm2 para uma
potncia > 3700 W)
- Para os equipamentos munidos de um cabo ou de uma tomada (interdito em Frana), ligar directamente.
- Ligar obrigatoriamente o condutor de terra do cabo terra ou ligar o fio de terra ao borne previsto identificado pelo smbolo
. Esta ligao obrigatria por razes de segurana. O fio de terra verde-amarelo deve ser de comprimento superior ao Atlantic
das duas fases. A instalao deve comportar a montante do equipamento um dispositivo de corte bipolar (abertura dos
contactos no mnimo de 3 mm: fusveis, disjuntor). No caso onde as canalizaes hidrulicas sejam de material isolante,
os circuitos elctricos ficaro protegidos por um disjuntor diferencial de 30 mA adaptado s normas em vigor. Adaptar a
ligao tenso de alimentao. -
- Corta-circuito trmico: Todos os nossos produtos esto equipados com um termostato com um corta-circuito trmico
com rearmamento manual, que corte a alimentao do equipamento em caso de sobre-aquecimento (com excepo de -
gama electrnica, a segurana efectuada atravs de fusvel trmico. Em caso de disparo da segurana. A: cortar a -2-
corrente antes de qualquer operao, B: abrir a tampa, C: verificar a ligao elctrica, D: rearmar o corta-circuito trmico.
Em caso de disparo repetitivo, proceder troca do termostato. Nunca colocar em curto-circuito a segurana ou o -
termostato. Efectuar a ligao da alimentao nos bornes apenas.

4.ARRANQUE / FUNCIONAMENTO -
- ATENO: Nunca alimentar o equipamento sem gua.
- Antes de colocar sobre tenso, abrir as torneiras de gua quente, limpar as canalizaes at falta de ar, e encher o 8. (RU)
equipamento.
- Verificar a impermeabilidade dos tubos e das juntas da porta sob a tampa. Em caso de fuga voltar a apertar
moderadamente. Verificar o funcionamento dos componentes hidrulicos de segurana e encher o esvaziamento.
- Alimentar o equipamento. Aps 5 a 20 minutos, segundo a capacidade do aparelho, a gua deve passar gota a gota pelo
orifcio de esvaziamento. Este fenmeno normal devido dilatao da gua. Verificar a impermeabilidade das ligaes e
das juntas. Durante o aquecimento e seguindo as qualidades de gua, os equipamentos blindados podem emitir um
barulho de fervura; este barulho normal e no representa nenhum defeito do equipamento. O termostato est regulado
na fbrica em batente (65C+- 5C).
- IMPORTANTE: Se constatou uma libertao contnua de vapor ou de gua a ferver pelo escoamento ou pela abertura de
uma torneira de alimentao, cortar a alimentao elctrica do equipamento e contactar um profissional.

5.REPARAAO
- ATENAO: Antes de remover a tampa, certifique-se a energia desligada para evitar qualquer risco de leso ou
electrocusso.
- Reparao domstica: Actuar 1 vez por ms o sistema de esvaziamento da segurana hidrulica. O no respeito desta
manuteno pode levar a uma deteriorao e perda de garantia..
- Reparao por pessoal qualificado: A: Retirar o clcario depositado na forma de lama. No esfregar ou bater no clcario
aderente s paredes, sob risco de deteriorar o revestimento B: Mudar o nodo de magnsio cada 2 anos ou se o seu
dimetro for inferior a 10 mm. C: A substituio do elemento aquecedor blindado ou do nodo precisa de esvaziamento do
equipamento e a troca da junta. Cortar a alimentao elctrica e a gua fria, e abrir as torneiras de gua quente antes de
efectuar estas operaes. Voltar a montar o elemento aquecedor apertando razoavelmente os parafusos (aperto cruzado),
controlar no dia seguinte a impermeabilidade, voltar a apertar se for necessrio. D: drenagem: Remova a alimentao e
gua fria, abra as torneiras de gua quente e ativar o sistema de esvaziamento da vlvula de segurana.
- IMPORTANTE: As peas substituiveis so: o termostato, as juntas, o elemento aquecedor, o corpo de aquecimento, o
indicador luminoso, o nodo de magnsio, a placa ACI, o cabo de ligao. A garantia est condicionada utilizao de
peas de origem do fabricante

1. VOORZORGSMAATREGELEN! Zwaar toestel, voorzichtig te

lediging, het water uit de boiler te kunnen afvoeren.
1.14 De gebruikte leidingen moeten een druk van 10 bar (1 MPa) en
een temperatuur van 100C kunnen weerstaan.
1.15 Sluit de aardleiding van de kabel altijd aan op de aarding of sluit
de aardleiding aan op de geschikte aansluiting met het symbool
1.16 Om het toestel leeg te maken, sluit u eerst de elektriciteitstoevoer
en de koudwatertoevoer af en opent u de warmwaterkranen.
