A) Following details needs to be included in Design Data as per Applicability

6. Raw Material (Powder and Liqiud) charging funnel with provision of ball Valve (To
be opened during material charging and To be closed during Operation-Mixing & De-

8. Jacket Temperature Controller and Indicator
9. Product Temperature Sensor
10. Product Temperature Controller and Indicator
11. Vacuum Inlet with Ball Valve Vacuum Release with Ball Valve Vacuum Gauge. Not
given separate line both for Inlet and release of Vacuum as per our requirement
and also not reflectedin drawing as per our requirement.
12. Jacket Temperature range (Design-Min. & Max. & Working-Min. & Max.) to be
included in Design Data.
13. Water level / Oil Level indicator for Vessel. Not indicating in drawing
B) Following points needs to be mentioned in drawing of Control Panel
1 Machine ON/OFF push bottom. Not implemented in Drawing
2 Machine Speed Controller and Indicator Not implemented in Drawing
3 Vacuum Pump ON / OFF push bottom Not implemented in Drawing

Vacuum Gauge with vacuum arrangement are to be provided in the PLM (Vacuum Gauge,
3 Nozzle Vacuum Inner & Outer for Vacuum require with provision of ball valve. As should
be in the scope of Bectochem.

Anchor blade fitting in a such way that Anchor blade with scrapper will easily
4 dismantle assemble from the attached PLM assembly.
Heating provision of Jacket through thermostatically controlled oil electrion heat of
5 suitable kilowatt to be provided for achieve temp, with 30 minutes of time.
All the specification as per Document No.- BCEPL/XL LAB/PLANETARY MIXER 50
6 LTRS/1889/16-17, Date: 21.02.2017 must be included.
Important Note :
1. Show this purchase Order No., Item Code No., Item Description & Vendor code on all invoice and correspondence.
2. Pre-Despatch inspection report must be sent alongwith each consignment.
3. Material should be supplied strictly as per our supply schedule.
4. Duplicate copy for transporter of the invoice should be sent alongwith the material.
5. Rejection will be replacedat vendor's cost.
6. Transit Insurance to be borne by vendor.
7. Please sign & return duplicate copy of this Purchase Order as token of acceptance.
8. Please send all supplies with material test certificate.
9. All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
