It is prevalent in the developing world, estimates that 2 million women live with fistula, mainly in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Persistent infection of the bladder and the vagina in vesicovaginal fistula may have been a possible etiological factor of the vesicovaginal stone formation. Purpose: Discuss stone at vesicovaginal fistule Methods: Case report Result: A 27 years old woman, primipara, complaining abdominal dull pain with continuous involuntary discharge of urine since 3 months ago, pain become worse by day. Urinary incontinence since 9 years ago after she delivered with after coming head history. Speculum found: portio was not livide, orificium utery externum closed, no fluor , fluxus (+), a dicontinuitas tissue size 1 cm x 1 cm at anterior wall of vaginal fornix, there is white greyish solid mass in the middle of hole, its confirmed by vaginal toucher examination. Radiologic and vaginal examinations revealed bilateral hydronephrosis and a giant stone lying down between the bladder and vagina. A vesicovaginal stone removed by inscision at the hole then the mass was clamned using tenaculum looked stone size 6 cm x 6 cm. The wound was situational sewn and attached by tampons. The fistula repaired 1/3, will be full repaired after 3 months later. Conclusion: Vesicovaginal fistula is one of serious complication of obstructed labor. A stone at vesicovaginal fistula is a rare case, it could happen by persisten infection at the hole. Key words : vesicovaginal fistula, urinary stone, obstructed labor
