KOSUPURE () KAPEE

I. BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION

Kosupure Kapee is an anime- themed coffee shop wherein customers


can enjoy a wide variety of delicious coffee and sweets made from the Philippines
served by waiters dressed in an anime costume. There are even private rooms where
certain customers can enjoy a degree of solitude provided with unlimited mangas and
anime cd collections. Also, there are available anime costumes for lease to customers
who desire to wear one while feeling the moment of being in an anime world with
delicious Filipino foods. It is located at the opposite side of Paseo del Rio but a little bit
farther (left) of the CDO Bar. This is a perfect place since it is less traffic and a quiet
zone with nature scenery.

The Kosupure Kapee is owned by Angelou Lira who will also operate as a general
manager.

An assistant manager (to be hired) will assist in maintaining and review operations of
the coffee shop.

A chef/ patissier (to be hired) will manage kitchen/ baking operations and be crucial to
maintaining food inventory stability and assistance in menu development.

A barista (to be hired) will manage making the coffee and to maintain the coffee
inventory.

Full- time staff will be hired to handle serving and dishwashing functions.

The marketing and accounting function will be handled by independent contractors/


consultants.

III. MISSION AND VISION

MISSION
To provide perfect, delicious Filipino coffee products and sweets while
enjoying an anime-themed atmosphere and excellent service.

VISION
To be among the most admired and respected coffee shop while filling
the heart and stomach of our customers with kawaii and love and promoting the
products of the Philippines and beauty of anime.
