AFFIDAVIT OF DISCREPANCY
WE, CRISELDA CABEL-ESPEJO and Atty. HILARIO P. VALDEZ, both of legal ages, Filipino
and a resident of Brgy. 2, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines and Suite 806 8 th Floor Globe
Telecom Plaza, Pioneer Highland Bldg., Pioneer St. corner Madison Street, Mandaluyong City,
respectively, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and state:
1. That there is a Deed of Absolute Sale duly executed by the above parties with Docket
Number 203; Page No. 41, Book No. XXVII, Series of 2007 dated July 7, 2007, notarized
by Atty. Luciano R. Caraang;
2. That there is a discrepancy of typing the ARP No. 05-007-00131 over Lot Number 2596-
B with an area of 2,317 square meters;
3. That the real intention of the Deed of Absolute Sale over Lot No. 2596-B is the Tax
Declaration with ARP No. 05-007-00946, thus a typographical error in the writing of
the ARP No. 05-007-00131 in the executed Deed of Absolute Sale;
4. That we are executing this Affidavit of Discrepancy to attest to the truth of the
foregoing facts and to explain the discrepancy in the revalidation of Certificate of
Authorizing Registration (CAR) of the said parcel of land;
5. Further, we are declaring that from this date hereon we would attest the real
intention of the sale using the ARP No. 05-007-00946 in all foregoing transfer
transaction of Lot No. 2596-B.
