I would like to introduce my company called Izzs Healthcare. This company was founded in
2013 and it was located in the central public of the community.

Internal of my company for strengths internal capabilities that may help a company reach its
objectives is strategic locations that can make attention place of crowd .After that, the building
place of my company is wide .Every product output that most wanted by customers .Next ,all
the building indoor have equipment to ease employee doing their works.

Weakness internal limitations that may interfere with a companys ability to achieve its
objectives there is no transports for employees .The facilities for employees to eat for break there
have not have a cafeteria. Besides that , the item equipment always have been damages until
discommode them to complete their work.

Opportunities which is external factors that to my company may be able to exploit to its
advantage is such a free practical for those who want to work. They will be given coaching fully
to become an efficient. My company also gives a free hostel who those a practical to make them
easier for doing work.

Finally, the threats which is current and emerging external factors that may challenge the
companys performance is the environment at surrounding my company are rather noisy and
congested because of my strategic place for attention of the crowd .My company are beside on
the construction .It can may be uncomfortable work for doing .There also competitors beside
building to tackle the profit that more.
