* Required: Provisional receipt of toga rental payment issued by GSA Academic Regalia Shop
** Important: Students with an approval from the VPLS to be excused from the graduation rehearsal on May 22 can claim
their togas either way:
1. Claim the toga directly from GSA Academic Regalia Shop located at 102 Ipil St., Marikina Heights, Marikina City any time before , or,
2. Authorize a representative to claim the toga on May 22. When claiming the toga, an authorized representative must present the
following requirements: a. Letter of Authorization signed by the Student, b. ID of the representative and c. Provisional receipt
5. Schedule of Commencement Activities All Commencement activities will
start on time. Please come early.

6. Distribution of Diplomas for College & Graduates must claim their diplomas
Graduate Students and Return of Togas to personally and return the toga immediately

result in payment of a late return or lost toga

7. Required Attire under the Toga for all Graduating Students
Women:
Formal dress/blouse with skirt, not longer than the toga, or dark-colored formal
pants with blouse.
Footwear-dark-colored leather shoes, preferably closed-toe with heels of not more than 3
inches.
NOT ALLOWED: slacks, gowns; light or brightly colored shoes, rubber shoes, sneakers, boots,
high heeled shoes/stilletos of 4 inches or more, step-ins, flat mules, flat sandals, slippers
Men:
Long-sleeved collared shirt with necktie, or beige long-sleeved formal barong:
dark-colored (black, dark brown, dark blue) formal pants.
Footwear-dark-colored leather shoes and socks, preferably black.
NOT allowed: polo barong; light or brightly-colored shoes, rubber shoes,
sneakers, loafers, sandals, slippers or any type of open shoes.
8. Parking and Traffic Flow
Vehicles will not be allowed entry to the High School campus before and during the Baccalaureate
mass and graduation ceremonies. A shuttle service will be made available for graduating students,
their families and guests, and the rest of the community at assigned pick-up and drop-off points
near designated parking areas.
Vehicles will be allowed entry to the High School campus after the afternoon activities; please
expect heavy traffic at this time. To avoid traffic, everyone is encouraged to walk or avail of
the shuttle service back to the parking areas.
The one-way traffic scheme will be observed at all times.
For further information, please refer to the detailed memo from the Office of the
Vice President for the Loyola Schools and the accompanying H.S. and campus
maps (with designated parking areas), to be released on May 22, 2017.

Please take note of the schedule of the release of LAB BREAKAGE REFUNDS to graduating students
(SY 2016-2017) at the Cashiers Office, Xavier Hall:

*Those not able to claim their refund on these dates must submit a written request to the Central
Accounting Office. The request may be submitted at Window 1, Rm. F205, 2/F, Faber Hall.
