Worksheet 5, page 2
The condo on Market Place is extremely modern. Everything looks very up-
to-date. The kitchen is smaller, with a cozy dining area, but it is very
efficient.
Both homes have two bedrooms. The house on Magnolia Street has a dining
room, but the condo on Market Place doesnt. However, the Market Place
condo has a work room, and you can convert this room into a dining room
if you want, or you can convert it into another bedroom.
The house on Magnolia is larger, and the rooms are more spacious. It also
has a pretty porch. The condo on Market Place is downtown, and of course,
convenient to everything.
Sincerely yours,
Robert Cavalli
