Aspirations are to be among the best in the industry at what I do, and taking into
consideration current environment I dont think there would be any problems going ahead

Identify where your interests lie. Dont compare your job with others. Growth might be a little slow

behind packages. Just follow what you have wanted since the beginning, and things will fall in place.
