Manager. In a typical workday I am required to only complete the given work, after which I
am free to leave or do anything else that interests me.

Identify where your interests lie. Dont compare your job with others. Growth might be a little slow

behind packages. Just follow what you have wanted since the beginning, and things will fall in place.
