Terms and Conditions

Let it be known that we do understand and abide by the Terms and Conditions set by the organizer, FESTIVAL MALL
for the Awiting Kay Gleeng! Choral Competition (Season 7) on September 16 and 17, 2017. That the terms and
conditions stated be, but not limited to the following:

a) That the organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found guilty of cheating, and any
other violations stated by the organizer.
b) That we shall recognize the authority of the organizer, its sponsors and judges in the facilitation,
monitoring and outcome of the subject event.
c) That we will not hold the organizer and its sponsors liable for any injury that we may suffer in
relation to our participation in the subject event.

We further state that we are of right age and legally competent to sign these terms and conditions, or that we have
acquired the written consent of our schools/communities. We understand that the terms herein are contractual and
not mere recital; and that we have signed this document on our own free act.
