Lets look at the homework what can you tell me about the intervals within a major scale:

All intervals in major scales are major or perfect

What about minor scales what do ALL minor scales have:

All 5s and 4s in any major/minor scale are perfect

All minor scales have minor 3

Where do they differ:

5
Harmonic and natural have minor 6
Ascending melodic minor has a major 6 Timing: 1:30
Natural and descending melodic have minor 7
Harmonic and ascending melodic have major 7

Given the key and the scale degree, notate the pitch on the staff.
