housing and scrap metals you have mentioned in your shop?

A. At around 8:00 oclock in the afternoon.
Q. You mean to say when you returned to your shop and you saw these stolen
articles loaded in a cart, Albert Torregosa, the accused was still there?

Q. Mr. Witness, you were not actually present at the time the alleged theft
incident happened?
A. Yes, Maam.

Q. So you have no personal knowledge of that alleged theft incident?
A. Yes, Maam.
Q. At that time, on July 29, 2004, you had other two-(2) security guards aside
from the accused in this case?
A. Yes, Maam.
Q. And in fact these two (2) security guards are no longer connected with your
junk shop now?
A. Yes, Maam.
Q. And that they have not been connected with you junk shop since this alleged
theft incident?
A. Yes, Maam.
Q. And it was only the accused in this case who did not leave the premises of
your junk shop at the time of the alleged incident happened?

Q. Because of the plight of these two (2) other security guards, namely: Luther
