Forgotten password Participants passwords will be kept by the lead
corrections officer on each shift.
System updates Updates will occur during lights out so that
participants work is not impeded.
Internet connectivity Lulls in connectivity will be addressed by the jails
I&T department. All issues should be reported to the
lead corrections officer on the specified shift.
