In figure above shows the SIPOC (supplier, input, process, output, and customer)

diagram of Mr. Ernesto O. Rabidon of JACKERMS SPORTS TAILORING. SIPOC

diagram is used to identify all significant elements of a process improvement project

before the work begins. With the use of SIPOC, it helps define a complex project that

may not be well scoped. SIPOC is similar and related to process mapping and in/out

scope tools, that provides additional detail. In JACKERMS SPORTS TAILORING, it

involves 4 processes which are measuring of textile, cutting, printing and lastly sewing

of cloth. The supplier of the business is from the carbon area.

In addition, the figure above also shows the CTQ (Critical to Quality) which are

the key requirements of the service and are critical to meet the customer expectations

and often defined by customer expectations. The CTQ above shows what the customer

expects towards the service. In Six Sigma efforts, the primary objective is to improve the

productivity and workers efficiency
