OF WITNESS ATTY. REYNOLD CO

I, ATTY. REYNOLD CO of legal age, Filipino and a resident of

Block 15 Lot 8, Mt. Quantary Bellevue Subdivision, Upper Carmen,
Cagayan de Oro City after having been sworn to in accordance with
law do swear under oath:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

PURPOSE: This affidavit/testimony of the witness, Atty.

Reynold Co is being offered to prove the sale of the property from
Juanito Uy and the transfer of the title to the name of the Pacifico Uy
and to testify on the truthfulness of the documents which are being
alleged by plaintiff to have been fraudulently acquired.

This Judicial Affidavit of Witness Atty. Reynold Co on August 4,

2017 at Cagayan de Oro City with the questions (designated by Q)
conducted by Atty. Jeorgia Morgan Tinsay Chun in his law office
located at Lopez Borromeo Bldg., Tomas Saco-14thSts., Macasandig,
Cagayan de Oro City, and the answers (designated by A) provided
by Atty. Reynold Co.

Q1: Will you state your name and other personal circumstances?
A: I am ATTY. Reynold Co of legal age, Filipino and a resident of
Block 15 Lot 8, Mt. Quantary Bellevue Subdivision, Upper Carmen,
Cagayan de Oro City

Q2: Why are you executing this affidavit?

A: To stand as witness for in the case filed against Pacifico Uy and to
the facts on which this case is based.

Q3: Do you personally know the defendant?

A: Yes Maam. As a matter of fact he is a client of mine and I
facilitated the sale of subject land.

Q4: What is your knowledge about sale of the subject land?

A: On February 5, 1995, I was at home when Pacifico Uy visited me
and told me about his recent purchase of land in the amount of Php
18,000,000.00 . The land covered an area of 150,000 square meters,
more or less, located at Talakag, Bukidnon. He then asked me to
make a draft of a Deed of Absolute Sale covering the said land.

Q5: Who was the owner of the subject land sold?

A:Juanita Uy, mother of Pacifico Uy.

Q6: Did Juanita Uy have Title of the land?

A: Yes Maam.

Q7: Did you see the Title?

A: Yes, Pacifico Uy and Juanita Uy personally showed me the
Transfer Certificate of Title in the name of latter bearing OCT No.
123456.

Q8: Did you notice or see any annotations therein?

A: No Maam. It was a clean title. There were neither annotations
nor encumbrances stated therein.

Q9: What happened next?

A: I gave them the final draft of the Deed of Absolute Sale covering
the subject land.

Q10: What happened after this?

A: Pacifico Uy and Juanita Uy informed me that they executed the
Deed last May 21, 1995 and that it was duly notarized.

Q11: Do you have anything else to say, Atty Co?

A: No more, Maam.

Q12: Are all these answers here known to you personally?

A: Yes, my answers are known to me personally.

Q13: Were you intimidated, threatened or forced to execute this

affidavit?
A: No, I made this freely and voluntarily without any intimidation,
threat, or force employed against me.

Q14: Did anyone coach you or made any suggestions to you in

making your answers to these questions?
A: No. I gave all the answers myself based on my personal
knowledge.

Q15 : Will you swear under oath that all your answers herein are
based on your own personal knowledge and belief and will you sign
this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of all your answers here?
A: Yes, I do.
