1. While following an animal with two dogs, a hunter comes to a place where the road
diverges into two paths. He let the dogs to choose the path independently. Each dog
follows the correct path with probability p. The hunter follows the dogs if both of them
agree, otherwise he chooses a random path. What is the probability of choosing the
correct path.

functional to meet the requirements. Each of the pump is functional with a probability
p. What is the probability that the campus has water shortage.

0.95 if the person has the disease. If the person do not have illness, the test result is
negative with probability 0.95. Given that a person just tested positive, what is the
probability of having the disease?

design a new product within a month. From past experience we know that:

Probability that team C is successfull is 23 .

Probability that team N is successfull is 21 .
Probability that atleast one team is successfull is 43 .

Assume that exactly one successful design was proposed, what is the probability that it
was designed by team N .
