Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture
and environment;
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a certain range of media;
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and
employers;
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates
for the client;
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants;
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews;
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates;
Offering advice to both clients and candidates;
Reviewing along with HR manager the recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques
and recruitment programmes.
Responsibilities:
Taking over, sending and fileing the correspondence from partners, customers and others employees and
drafting correspondence towards them;
Providing protocol during meetings, in accordance with the managers requirements;
Assuring the necessary of products and services in the administrative area (stationery, water, supplies);
Receiving telephone calls, faxes, general e-mails and forwarding them to colleagues;
Preparing and submitting Press Review;
Preparing and transmitting invoices to clients and accounting departments;
Monitoring company's website and ensuring that the information is updated;
Managing the companys social media pages (Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter);
Posting recruitment announcements on the companys website and other specialized sites;
Monitoring and updating the database;
Participating at the preparation of marketing materials when requested;
Providing support in conducting recruitment projects in terms of searching, contacting candidates,
scheduling interviews and completing standard reports.
