Duties:

The primary role was to assist with operations and routine maintenance of this prestigious 1,100,000
square foot high profile class A office building.

Other Duties:

Assisted operations and all service personnel as required. i.e. Daily logs of chillers, pumps, fire
pumps etc.

Performed routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and minor electrical/mechanical and

structural repairs as directed; i.e. changing of light bulbs, tubes, belts, filters, lubricating equipment etc.
