Student Drop-off and Pick-up

Gates open at 8am. Please wait quietly outside the gate until the staff opens it.
No entrance is allowed at the front door.
Students must arrive by 8:25. Class instructions starts at 8:30am
Student pick-up is 3pm. Please arrive no later than 3:10. Parents will need to park and pick
up late students through the front door.
Tutoring is Tuesday & Wednesdays. Please arrive at 4pm. There is no supervision after this
If you are arriving after these times you must call so that the staff can make sure an adult is available
to stay with your student till transportation arrives.

Tutoring
SDA-AS teachers provide tutoring on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 3:10-4pm.
Students are required to sign in, and stay for the entire period. Early pick-ups disrupt the class
focus and productivity.
Tutoring is a privilege. Students that are not using this time productively, or are disrupting
other students may lose this privilege.
