Cancellation and Refund

After institute reporting (as per CCMT-2017 schedule), in case the candidate
withdraws / cancels the admission, and no additional admission round is
conducted by the Institute to fill the vacant seats arising out of withdrawal /
cancellation, Full Tuition Fees will be forfeited. If admission is withdrawn /
cancelled on or before 22nd August, 2017 (within 30 days of commencement of
classes), candidate shall receive refund of other fees (excluding tuition fee) and
deposit amount only. If admission is withdrawn / cancelled on or after 23rd
August, 2017 (after 30 days of commencement of classes), candidate shall
receive refund of deposit amount only.

Additional admission round if any, is conducted by the Institute and if the

vacancies arising out of the candidate's withdrawal / cancellation (on or before
21st July, 2017) are included in the additional admission round, fees will be
refunded after deduction of Rs 1000/-. Such refunds will be processed after
receiving of initial fees from the CCMT 2017.

In case, the candidate is allotted seat either through NSR (CCMT-2017) or

additional admission round conducted by the institute, and the candidate does
not report in person for admission and / or cancellation, the candidate will not
receive the refund of fees.
