Mixed Chamber Choir
Number of pieces : 3.
1 pc of choral arrangement by a composer from the country, language area or cultural environment
of the participating choir.
1 pc of choral arrangement by a composer who does not come from the country or language area or
cultural environment of the participating choir.
1 pc of the choirs own choice.
Number of singers must be at least 9 persons and at most 20 persons.
A minimum of one piece must be sung in accapella.
The maximum pure singing time is 15 minutes.

Focuses on the christian sacred vocal polyphony, and the musical tradition based on it.
Number of pieces : 3.
A piece of sacred music by a composer born between 1450 1700.
A piece of sacred music by a composer born between 1815 1900.
A piece of sacred music by a composer born in or after 1910.
Number of singers must be at least 4 persons.
A maximum of one piece can be performed with accompaniment.
The maximum pure singing time is 15 minutes.

Age limit is minimum 15 years old.
Number of pieces : 3 pcs of the choirs own choice.
Number of singers must be at least 10 persons and at most 50 persons.
A minimum of one piece must be sung in accapella.
Choreographies are permitted.
Use of sound recording or playback music is not permitted.
The maximum pure singing time is 15 minutes.

Registration
Registration fee: IDR 4.000.000 (P14,500.00) for the 1st category, and IDR 2.000.000
(P7,250.00) for every additional category. The registration form must be filled in
completely. Along with the registration form, participants are required to send:
1. A photograph of all members of the choir and the conductor with the minimum length of
2000 pixel in JPEG/JPG/BMP/PNG format.
2. The profile of the choir and conductor.
3. Proof of payment of registration / participation fee.
4. Five sets of the selected pieces.
The participation fee will be returned should the participants be deemed unable to
participate due to administrative problem by the artistic committees decision. The
participation fee will NOT be returned should the participants chose to cancel their
participation. The registration fee will NOT be returned under all conditions. The
registration process is completed after the participants complete the requirements above.

Participation Fee: IDR 400.000 (P1,450.00)/pax

This Includes:
Organisational costs.
Programme books for every choir.
Badge, T-shirt, Map, Cap, and Certificate for every member of the choir.
Free entry for every choir member to all events (Opening Ceremony, competition, Grand
Prix Championship, Awarding and Closing Ceremony) except certain special events and
gala concerts.
