This research entitled AMPALAYA AS NUTRITIOUS BISCUIT is worth making because it will help in
improving the health condition of our country. The researcher choose this study because people nowadays eat
biscuit at work and when they are home. Also in our economy, we can raise and recover it as well. Non nutritious
foods that are fellow men were eaten will be lessening. It can be suitable equipment for our futures generation
food frugality. Based on the observation of the researcher, the ampalaya biscuit is delicious but also nutritious that
is valuable than the ordinary biscuit. It contains nutrients needed by the body. What is the disadvantages and
advantages in ampalaya biscuit? Bitter gourd juice contains a train of important nutrients ranging from iron,
magnesium and vitamin to potassium and vitamin C. Eating bitter melon or taking bitter melon supplements could
cause headaches and gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting and nausea, especially
if you take large amounts What is the chemical constituents of ampalaya? those are alkaloids, momordicin and
charantin, charine, cryptoxanthin,. What is the nutrients that made ampalaya healthy?It is an excellent source of
vitamins B1, B2, and B3, C, magnesium, folic acid, zinc, phosphorus .Wash the bitter gourd. Slice the bitter
gourd. Grate the bitter gourd. Cook the bitter gourd in 5 minutes. Separate the water and the cooked bitter gourd.
Prepare the bowl, put the all-purpose flour. Then add 1 teaspoon confectioners sugar, 1 tablespoon baking
powder and 1 teaspoon salt. Lastly, put the cooked bitter gourd and the water. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Get the tray, put butter and all prepared ingredients. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Then when it is done, It is
ready to eat. The product is favorable for them and its bitter taste as been lessened. Most of the people liked the
product considering its taste, odor, and texture. It is easy to made and very convenient. For the future researchers,
the researcher recommends to add some vegetables on the ampalaya biscuit or more nutrients.
