As a company with a long tradition in export and customers in many countries all over the world, we
have acquired in time a good knowledge of rules, requirements, habits and peculiarities of many
different areas of the world. All this, combined with technical know how and flexible approach, enable
us to offer dedicated products and right solutions for many and different markets.

FOCUS ON QUALITY AND INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS WITH AN ECO-FRIENDLY APPROACH

The production process is structured following internationally recognised quality standards, as a
warranty to our customers of reliability and controlled quality, since every step from project phase to
production is subject to regular checking. In 2001 La Torre SPA was the first italian manufacturer of
faucets to obtain both the ISO 9001 for the production process and the ISO 14001 for environment care
from the prestigious tuv reinland tedesco. Our quality office is constantly up dated on the several
certifications and approvals required in the different countries where we operate. As in our policy and
constantly proved by the yearly inspections of the tuv assessors, we operate always at our best in
respect of the environment fixing for ourselves always higher standards as our goals. with 80% of the
production cycle inside and with a full operational galvanic plant we take utmost care in complying with
all necessary rules and follow the latest innovations to improve our processes and take them to the
lowest possible level of green impact. Acting always in this direction, in 2011 we installed a solar plant
on the roofs of the buildings for our future needs of energy which also clean energy.

AUTOMATION
Our tooling department includes traditional machining equipment of different sizes for different kind of
drilling and working with high production capacity, plus two cac machining units completed by a
automatic supply arm for a 24 hours production of particular models and customised items.

LEAN PRINCIPLES
Aware of the necessity to improve and adapt our production systems to the new and more challenging
scenarios of a worldwide market and competition, we have been re-structuring our company and
production processes since 2011, following the principles and guidelines of the lean management and
lean production. Step by step we have been constantly improving our efficiency and we keep on learning
and trying to make things works better.

DESIGN AND ENGINEERING OF PRODUCTS

Our design team is very attentive to aesthetic trends and innovative solutions, very often in co-
operation with our customers. Our technical office is constantly updated and provided with
technological instruments that enable our technicians to work with utmost precision, from the drawings
to the realisation of 3d prototypes. In this way we are able to offer products that are really created by us
from the idea to the product.

OUR HISTORY
For four generations our family has been producing taps and mixer with care.
The beginnings of the Co. stretch as far back as 1921 when the grandfather of the present owners
(Massimo and Anna Latorraca) from mother side founded his first small Co. since then the family history
has been strictly connected with that of the company. In 1960 Massimo and Annas father Giuseppe
established his Co. under the name La Torre and took over the father-in-law's business.

Contributing to the creation of comfortable and pleasant spaces in bathrooms and kitchens with
products of affordable quality in the authentic italian taps and faucets manufacturing tradition.

MISSION

We aim at establishing trustworthy relations with customers and final user and produce a variety of
items for different needs with a constant technical support and with true consideration and respect for
people.
