METHODOLOGY
This study utilized the (150) one hundred fifty residents of Pinamalayan which
includes employees, students, business owners etc. as the respondents of the
study. This study also utilized self-made questionnaire to solicit pertinent data
needed in this study. The questionnaire composed of only one part which is
used to gather information on the market study of GDR PRINTING HALLS. The
questionnaire were administered in the 1st week of July and 150 or 100% of the
study returned the questionnaires. After the retrieval of the questionnaire the
researchers/proponents tabulates and processes the data manually.

Interpretation. Table 1.2 shows the result of the survey on whether the
respondents experienced a service of a Printing Press. 86% or 129
respondents said that they experienced a service of a Printing Press, on the
other hand, 14% or 21 respondents said that they didnt experienced a
service of a Printing Press.

Interpretation. Above is Table 1.3 which shows the frequency of the kind of
service/products they avail in a Printing Press 55.33% or 91 of the
respondents said that they avail of the tarpaulin of a Printing Press, 8.67%
or 13 respondents said that they avail of the flyers, 5.33% or 8 respondents
said brochures, 28.67% or 43 respondents said they avail of T-shirts and
lastly 2% or 3 respondents avail of the other services/products by a Printing
Press.

Interpretation. Table 1.4 shows the result of the survey regarding on the
perception of the respondents on how did the respondents pay for the
service 65.33% or 98 of the respondents pay for the service while 34.67% or
52 respondents said they pay for the service by design.

rendered / finish.
Interpretation. Table 1.5 shows the result of the survey regarding on the
perception of the respondents on how long the service/products is being
rendered/finish. 42.67% or 64 respondents said that the service is being
rendered for hours, 45.33% or 68 respondents said, it took days to
render/finish the service and lastly 12%, or 18 respondents said it took
weeks to render/finish the service.

Interpretation. Table 1.6 shows the result of the survey on the perception of
the respondents whether they are satisfied with the service of a Printing
Press. Majority of the respondents, 94.12%, or 135 respondents said that
they were satisfied with the service of a Printing Press while 10% or 15
respondents said that they were not satisfied with the service of Printing
Press.

Interpretation. Table 1.7 shows the result of the survey on the reason why
the respondents are not satisfied with the service. All of the respondents,
100% or 15 respondent said that service is not good.

Interpretation. Above is Table 1.8 which shows the result of the survey on
the reasons why they are satisfied with the service. 42.22% or 57
respondents said that they are satisfied with the service because of good
quality, 9.63% or 13 respondents said because of good customer service,
37.04% or 50 respondents because of affordable prices and lastly 11.11% or
15 respondents said because of guide service.

Interpretation. Table 1.9 shows the result of the survey regarding on the
perception of the respondents on how many printing shops do they know
here in Pinamalayan 36% or 54 respondent said that they know of me
Printing Press, 23.33% or 35 respondents said they know Printing Press,
34.67% or 52 respondents said they know 3 printing shops here in
Pinamalayan and 6% or 9 respondents said they know more than 3 Printing
shops here in Pinamalayan.

Interpretation. Above is Table 1.10 which shows the result of the survey
regarding the perception of the respondents on whether they like to have
another Printing Shop here in Pinamalayan. Majority of the respondents
95.33% or 143 respondents said that they like to have another Printing
Shop here in Pinamalayan while 4.67% or 7 respondents said that they
didnt like to have another Printing Shop here in Pinamalayan.
