RENT AGREEMENT

This rent agreement is made and executed by and between Ms. Honamma,
residing at #2544, 10th, Main, 2nd Stage, E Block, Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore
560010, hereinafter called the OWNER of the one part. Vinod M P, S/o H. R.
Prabhakara, hereinafter called the TENNANT of the other part.
Whereas the above OWNER of the schedule premises of has let out first
floor portion of the premises to the above mentioned TENANT for the
monthly rent of Rs.8300/- (Rupees Eight Thousand three hundred only) and
an advance deposit of Rs.80,000/-(Rupees Eighty thousand only). The
TENANT have paid the advance amount to the OWNER, the OWNER
hereby acknowledges the receipt of the above advance amount and given

the premises to the above TENANT. This advance deposit paid by the
TENANT is refundable by the OWNER without any clause of interest while
vacating the said premises in good condition.
The following are the terms and conditions are applicable:-

1. This rental agreement is for the period of twenty two (22) months only
starting from date of agreement and subject to renewal on mutual
understanding.
2. The TENANT shall pay monthly rent of Rs.8300/- on or before 10th of
every month.
3. The TENANT shall pay monthly electricity (as per respective
BESCOM bill) and water charges separetely.
4. The TENANT shall not do any damage to the premises and should
maintain in good conditions, if any damages happen, the repair cost of
the damages shall be given by the TENANTs or the cost of the repair
will be deducted from the advance deposit amount.
5. The TENANT shall not store or deal with any inflamable goods, which
are prohibited by law.
6. The TENANTs shall not sublet or underlit the premises to any other
person/s.
7. The TENANT shall use the premises for residential purpose only.
8. Both the OWNER and TENANTs shall give two (2) months prior notice
while vacating the schedule premises.
9. The TENANT shall hand over the premises in same condition while
vacating the schedule premises.
10. The TENANT shall bear painting charges while vacating the schedule
premises as the tennant has agreed to get the house painted by
himself before taking possessionof the premises.
11. The tenants shall bear painting charges while vacating the schedule

SCHEDULE:-
#2544/A, 10th, Main, 2nd Stage, E Block, Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore
560010, 1stfloor portion of premises consisting of one room, hall, kitchen and
a bath room with electricity and water facility. In witness whereof both the
OWNER & the TENANT of the above schedule premises have affixed on the
day, month and year first written.
