Responsible for providing inbound support via telephone, email and the web to Services to
Credit Unions clients using CGI's suite of banking solutions
Process queries from member financial institutions ranging from simple "how do I" questions
through complex reporting challenges and including technical/networking issues
Expected to manage the query from initial contact to final resolution within adherence to
contractual client service SLA's

on a per call basis
Network throughout the organization to engage supporting units in delivering solutions
Utilize multiple systems on a daily basis on each call, including DOS based systems
Handle day-to-day banking matters with personal and small business clients
Complete a variety of credit applications for employed and self employed clients
Review and discuss investments options for various goals, making sure the investment is
aligned with clients goal and risk tolerance
Completed compliance for each investment client through KYCs and establishing an intensive
interview that allows the client to review what kind of an investor they are
Open and monitor business accounts and present small business owners with solutions to grow
their business
Work with the community and various charities to promote our local branch
Used my strength as an immigrant and enlisted in Immigrant Settlement and Integration
Services to help newly immigrants to establish their banking in Canada easily
Represent our Bedford area on a Diversity Board in Halifax, which is established to help create
awareness on different cultures and banking around the world
Received proper 6 week training program for full-time workers regarding Teller services and
Customer service
Assisted customers and potential customers on bank services and raised awareness constantly
