SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

Know All Men By These Presents:

I, TERESITA M. VELASCO of legal age, Filipino citizen, with residence and postal
address at No. 38 B-5-Upper Brookside, Baguio City , hereby name, constitute and appoint
CONNIE TONGAWAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and likewise a resident of No.19 B.
Sunflower St,St Joseph Village, Baguio City, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for
me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following special powers to wit:

1. To sign for, and receive on my behalf properties, rights, monies and rights from the
third persons.
2. To process, sign and follow-up with the LTFRB, DOTC and all other concerned
Government Offices regarding my motor vehicle with franchise to be eventually transfer
in my name, and to follow up and safe-keep the same for me.AYU 985,AYS 895 and
3. To execute, sign and deliver such documents and papers as may be deemed necessary for the
execution of the given functions;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and

authority to do and performed all and every act and things whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper
to be done on or about the premises, as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT shall do or cause to be done under and
by virtue of these presents.
