CLIENT DESCRIPTION

Gontermann-Peipers (India) Ltd, Kolkata - an ISO 9001: 2000 company the Company is one of the largest
producer of Iron and Steel based Rolls in India and top exporter of Rolls from India. The company is also
one of the largest producers of forged rolls.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT

The responsibilities are:

Developed a report to display all material rates by using material number, sales organization and
distribution channel and condition type
Generated a report to know the Non-Moving materials in a particular period for a particular plant
and storage location
Generated a report in Material Master that outputs material vaulted stock grouped by Material type
and Plant
Created a report for plant wise monthly sales details. This report shows the summation of entire
basic price, sales tax, etc under different columns
Developed a BDC program for uploading schedule agreement data
Worked on SAP Script Modification for Sales Order, Delivery& Invoice along with their Driver
Programs
Used tools such as SQL Trace (ST05), Runtime Analysis (SE30) to improve performance of coding.

engineered grinding machine.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE PROJECT

As a technical ABAP Consultant, I have participated in development of user defined reports in MM

and SD modules using various ABAP/4 development workbench tools.
Developed a report Inventory Transaction which shows prior transactions from history to enable the
user to do quality checks (I.e. check correctness of put way, inventory moves, etc.) show lost,
scrapped, etc.
Developed a report that displays Customer-wise Sales document details.
Developed a Vendor Payment Plan report. Vendor Payment can be scheduled output of this Report
to schedule vendor payment as per giving period of time
Generated ALV Report for Cancelled Sales Orders.
Transferred data from legacy systems to SAP R/3 using Batch Data Communications.
Developed a BDC program to upload the material master data from legacy system to SAP R/3 using
flat file.
Developed a BDC program to upload Customer master data from legacy system to SAP R/3 database.
This involves recording the transaction - XD01.

Designed SMARTFORMS to modify layout set of LB_BIL_INVOICE for Invoice, added company
address, logo and included standard text according to the Clients requirements.
Coded a BDC program for populating the Customer Master data to SAP R/3 database using Flat File.
Transaction code used XD01.
Coded a BDC program for populating the Material Master data to SAP R/3 database using Flat File.
Transaction code used MM01.
