Impossible Foods uses molecular engineering to create burgers from plant-based inputs, using
no antibiotics or hormones. Its burgers are currently available at a limited number of restaurants,
and they aim to taste, and even bleed, just like meat burgers. Impossible Foods raised $183M in
disclosed funding from Khosla Ventures, Google Ventures, Bill Gates and others.
