Opportunity for Empanelment as Consultant Company, Service Provider, Manpower
Supplier and Start-UP with UPDESCO
Online e-bids are invited from registered and experienced Companies/Firms of proven
capabilities in the following areas/fields separately for their empanelment:-
(i) as Consultant Company for Preparation/evaluation of RFP/RFQ, Finalization of System
Integrator, Technical Writers, Evaluation and Monitoring of Project Implementation,
Third Party Audit, Solution design and DPR Preparation in field of IT & ITES etc.
(ii) as Service Provider for application software development, operational training and
software maintenance and data centre management: support and facility management
and support with deployment of skilled manpower of relevant experience, Turn-key
based I.T. Enabled Services like Data Processing, Scanning & Digitization, Geographic
Information System (GIS), Global Positioning System (GPS), Smart Card based
Solutions, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) based Solutions, IVRS, Call Centre
Operation and Support, Biometric Solutions, System Integration like Infrastructure and
Networking Solutions, Network Securities, Storage and Backup etc.
(iii) as Manpower Supplier for providing services of different kinds of manpower on
temporary/contractual basis to various departments/organisations.
(iv) Start-UP Company One single category for those companies which are set up in Uttar
Pradesh and eligible under Start-up policy of Government of UP 2016.
The last date for submission of bids is 22-07-2017 upto 12:00 noon The complete bid
document can be downloaded from the e-procurement website http://etender.up.nic.in. The
UPDESCO reserves the right to cancel any or all the e-bids/annul the bidding process without
assigning any reason.
