NOTICE INVITING TENDER


Sealed tenders as per PPRA Rules 2014 Amended Up to Date are hereby invited from the approved firms of HUD &
PHED & Sales Tax Registered Manufactures can participated the Tender given below under Clause 38-A of PPRA
the bid shall be a single package consisting of two separate envelopes, containing separately the financial and the
technical proposals; the envelopes shall be marked as Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal All terms &
Conditions followed the Tender Form and PPRA Rules. The tenders documents can be obtained from the date of
Publication by the Divisional Head Clerk of this office up to 15-04-2017 Saturday during the office Hours. The
bidding documents are available at PPRA Website and in the office of the under signed against written request
accompanied with attested copies of related documents as Authority letter on letter Head Pad along with copy of
CNIC registration certificates in case of representative registered Power of Attorney on Payment of Prescribed
Tender Printing Charges Non Refundable.
1. The tenders will be received in the office of the under signed up to 1.30 PM and will be opened on the same
day at 2.00 PM respectively in the presence of tender opening committee and intending contractors or their
authorized representatives, in the office of the under signed PHE Division Bahawalnagar.
2. The amount of earnest money in shape of deposit at call from a schedule Bank in the name of the Executive
Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division Bahawalnagar is required under rules, Bid Security
required under PPRA Rules 27 Notification Govt: of the Punjab S & GAD No. ADMIN (PPRA) 10-
2/2013 Dated 13-01-2014 and substituted vide Govt: of the Punjab Procurement Rule 2014,
Notify Vide No. S.O (Cabinet-1) 2-9/2015 Dated 06-01-2016failing which the tender documents shall
not be issued.
3. No tender will be issued to those contractors /firms whose performance on the works in hand is not up to
the mark or previously and their progress was lagging behind the schedule.
4. No tender will be issued on the date of receipt of tenders.
5. The works will be got completed strictly as per time limit mentioned against each. No claim of price
variation will be entertained whats ever be the reason.
6. Last date for submission of application for purchase of tender up to 15.04.2017 (Saturday).
7. Date of receipt/opening of tenders only Technical Bid 17.04.2017 (Monday)& Financial Bid will be
opened after Technical Evaluate on 21-04-2017.

In case the total tendered amount is less than 5% of the approved estimated (DNIT) amount, the lowest
bidder will have to deposit additional performance security from the Scheduled Bank equal to the tendered amount
below estimated cost within 15 days of issuance of notice or with in expiry period of bid whichever is earlier, as per
Finance Department Notification No. RO (Tech) FD -1-2/83(VI) (P) dated 06-04-2005 & No. RO (Tech) FD-1-
2/2010 dated 04.09.2012 and other subsequent amendments.
