Here are the explanations for your clarifications requirement

1. Plain Wheel Gate- 1301 COT

Dimensions and cross section of these rings must be based on GOST standard attached here. The
dimensions given in your drawing ORF-ED3388 is not correct. Please modify your drawings as
per the values in the attachment on page 20.

2. Plain Wheel Gate- 1301 COT

Drawing ORF-ED3383/ client drawing 1301CO-00-01-21 - 220x10 mm - hole pitch marked to
recheck - 105 mm or 140 mm

hole pitch marked at 105 mm, please check the drawing 202-RD-D-071.01 on sheet 2,
section J-J attached here.
o On your drawing ORF-ED-ED 3383, the dimension 140mm shall be changed to
105mm.
Inner diameter in rubber to execute on 2 mm less than agreed bolts. please check the
drawing 202-RD-D-071.01 on sheet 1, general note No-3.
Hence, for all bolt diameter M16 and M24, it must be drilled to 14 and 22mm
respectively.
3. Plain Wheel Gate- 1301 COT

Drawing ORF-ED3384 / client drg - 1301CO-00-01-24 - 80x40 mm rubber sealant

hole dia on the rubber 24 mm to be reconfirmed as bolt diameter M24.

Inner diameter in rubber to execute on 2 mm less than agreed bolts. please check the
drawing 202-RD-D-071.01 on sheet 1, general note No-3.
Hence, for all bolt diameter M24, it must be drilled to 22mm respectively.
4. Sliding Gate 1316

Drawing ORF-ED3400 / client drg -1316CO-00-01-01-10 , dimension 40 mm to be re confirmed

Dimension 40-2 mm shall be secured. Check section D-D in free and compression state on
drawing No 202-RD-D-220.01.01 attached here.

5. Sliding Gate 1316

Drawing ORF-ED3401 / client drg -1316CO-00-01-01-18 , dimension 38 mm to be re confirmed

dimension 40-2 mm shall be secured. Check section C-C in free and compression state on
drawing No 202-RD-D-220.02.01 attached here.

6. Sliding Gate 1316

Drawing ORF-ED-3405Rubber Plate SRB - pls provide hole pitch and hole details

7. Stop Logs - 1322

Drawing ORF-ED-3395 Pages 1 to 5.pls confirm the hole dimensions to be drilled as marked. Is
hole diameter in rubber seal 20 mm or 22 mm

hole diameter in rubber seal for bolt M20 should be drilled 18mm.
Holes diameter for bolts in a rubber should be on 2 mm less than bolt diameter. please
check the drawing 203-RD-D-093.01.01 & 03.01 on sheet 1, general note No-3.

8. Stop Logs - 1322

Drawing ORF-ED-3396 Rubber Damper - 200 pcs - pls confirm the dimensions and provide hole
details if any. Also provide drawing reference # 203-RD-D-093-01.06.00.05.
