(ROM), strength, and endurance after 8 weeks of therapeutic-yoga, a recently renowned
institute suggested.
Stroke rehabilitation is a program with an aim to regain some physical and psychological
function after stroke, causing death of some cells in the brain.
Today, yoga, the ancient practice has become a very popular form of exercise in Western
world and some parts in Asia due to health benefits reported by various respectable
institutes' research and supported by health advocates.
Dr. the lead author said, " therapeutic-yoga intervention may improve multiple aspects of
physical functioning after stroke. Such an intervention may be complementary to
traditional rehabilitation"
