PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am a teacher because I was forced by my subjects and parents. I
wanted to do mining engeneering due to the fact that I didnt have
mathametics and physical sciences then my subjects directed me
straight to teaching. I come from a home where lots of my family
members are teachers, even my grandmother was a teacher.
Teaching is a daily meal the is no day that goes without learning
something. Teaching makes one to be familia with different people
at a different angle. Be friendly even if its not needed, have to follow
rules and ethics every day. My passion for teaching started not so
long ago when I went for my first teaching practice, that where I
developed love for teaching and love for school children. I want to be
an ideal teacher to each learner I teach.

PHILOSOPHY OF TEACHING.

>My students will be treated with dignity and respect.

>My students will not be discriminated, not discriminated means
that all learners, differently depending on their needs , in order to
give them all equal opportunities to succeed.
In this picture I am providing additional assistance to one of the
students.
> I will get to know my students, strengths, weaknesses and
backgrounds as to meet their individual needs to the best of my
abilities.
> My lessons are student- centered and are based on constructivist
learning where the student is responsible for his\her own learning.
PICTURE OF LEARNERS IN GROUPS
