Die obere fnung des GeschoBkrpers, das Mundloch, ist mit einem Gewinde
(M 50 x 3) (Mundlochgewinde) versehen. ln ihm sitzt die Mundlochbuchse Nr. 16 oder
die Mundlochbuchse 13 M mit AbschluBplatte M 50 x 3.
5. Sprengtadung
Die Sprengtadung, bestehend aus Fp.60/40, ist in flssigem Zustande in die GeschoD-
hhlung eingebracht und hierin erstarrt.:*
6. Znder
Der znder ist in das Mundlochgewinde eingeschraubt und wird durch die Rndetung
estgehalten,
DieZ1.7. S/30, S/30' und S/30 Fgl sind nicht sprengkrftige Zeitznder. Sie sind trars-
port-, lade- und rohrsicher. -.
Aul'Jerdem haben diese Znder eine Zeitsicherun9, die bewirkt, daB die Znder bei
einer Einsteltung von 10o vom Kreuz noch sicher und erst bei einer Einstellung von ber
10o bis 15o vom kreuz entsichert sind. sie sind vor dem verfeuern der Geschosse stets
a,.:l :1.', - - Kreuz vorzustellen.
Die zr;;er sind mit der znderstellmaschine oder dem stellschlssel zu stellen.
DieZ|,Z.S/30 und S/30'haben ein Uhrwerk mit Federantrieb, der ZI.Z.S/3a Fg'hat
ein Uhrwerk mit Fliehgewichtsantrieb.
Der Auschlagznder 23/28 ist ein empindlicher Fertig-Auschlagznder mit einstellba-
rer Verzgerng. Lnge der Verzgerung 0,1 s, Der Znder ist transport-, lade- und
rohrsichei und gehrt zu den nicht sprengkrftigen Zndern. Er wirkt bei Einstellung
,,o.V." (ohne Verzgerung) im Augenblick des Autrefens. Bei Einstellun9 ,,o. V." (mit
erzogerung) wirkt r ers nach Abbrennen eines Pulverkorns (0,1 s nach dem Autref-
fen).
7. Zndladung
Die Zndladung, von einer Hlse aus Messing oder,.Leichtmetall umgeben, besteht aus
der Sprengkapsel und dem Zndladungskrper (tJbertragngsladung). D_er Zndla-
dungsXOrpr besteht bei der gr.Zdlg.C/98Np aus Np10, bei der gr.Zdlg. C/98 !.."u:
H 5 und bei der gr.Zdlg. C/9 o. V. aus Grf. 88. Bei der gr.Zdlg. C/98 F ist der Znd-
ladungskrper aus Np 10 und beider gr.Zdlg. C/98 FH aus H 5 hergestellt.
Die gr.Zdlg. C 98 F und die gr.Zdlg. C/98 FH haben am oberen Ende an Stelle des bei
den-gr.Zdg. cl98 Np, H uno. V. vorhandenen Leder- oder Papprlnges eine FederkaP:
set, ie oi zunat"dung in der Lngsrichtung estlegt. Der Lngenausgle]ch wird bel
den gr.Zdlg. C/98 Np, H und o. V. durch Unterlegen von Pappscheiben erreicht.
Die Zndladung lst - mit der Sprengkapsel nach oben - in die Mundlochbuchse einge-
setzt und seitlich durch Papierstreifen estgelegt.
Der aufgeschraubte Znder hlt die Zndtadung ln ihrer Lage est.

Tne mcsl common is the TYP72 blast resislanl uze.
The uze is moulded rom ciear plasiic with a yellow plastic
detonalor plUg.
The body is a plug vrith tvlo holes inlo which locale sleel
ba|ls reiaining the slriker. a plastic block with a moulded
steel pin. The ouler case has an H shaped cut out with
one upright shoder than the other and an angled cross
piece and two slots. A lug on the lower cylinder locaies in
lhe cul ou! and is held in the lower position by the slriker
spring pressure.
Sleady pressure on the top of lhe uze allows the lug lo
engage in the crcss slot o lhe H. rolating lhe ouler sleeve
sc lhat the slots line up with the ho|es or the steel balls, a
ew rnore millimetres o movernent allows lhe baIls to
escape reeing lhe slriker to fire the percussion delonalor.
Sudden pressure keeps the lug in the long uprighl o lhe H
so lhe sleeve does nol rolale and the balls remain
tapped.
