OBJECTIVE

EXPERIENCE
Served as a Navy equivalent of a Drill Sargent, recognized leader responsible for transforming 352 civilians into basically trained
Sailors.
Responsible for performing major system overhauls, physical and software system installations, configurations, system diagnosis,
fault isolation and repair to computer based systems and associated equipment.
2. Installed, maintained, diagnosed, and repaired Light House based systems both shipboard and onboard aircraft.
3. Assumed ownership of defense systems and vehicles; ensured the proper physical, technical, and physical security
measures were followed.

1. 3rd Award (JULY 2015): Lead 15 Sailors deployed 3,414 days world-wide. Facilitated 20 command indoctrinations and
75 training evolutions to 126 personnel, and qualified 20 personnel as Enlisted Information Warfare Specialists (EIWS).
2. 2nd Award (JUNE 2012): Trained, observed, and evaluated 56 complex shipboard drills leading to an outstanding ULTRA
S score and qualified 250 Sailors as Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialists (ESWS).
3. 1st Award (MAY 2010): Created a system Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), refurbished and installed nine Ships
Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Increment E antennas, rebuilt and replaced six deck edge antennas, weatherized
and rewired the ships Split Rock antenna, and replaced a faulty module fort the Mast antenna control unit. Save the Navy
over $700,000.
1. 4th Award (DECEMBER 2014): Nominated for the 2015 Award of Cryptologic Support Excellence.
2. 3rd Award (OCTOBER 2014): Recognized as Sea Sailor of the Quarter Fourth Quarter Fiscal Year 2014.
3. 2nd Award (MAY 2014): Deployed 120 days, key to completion of 84 EP-3 missions, created and maintained 76 mission
drives, and corrected 21 faults; ensuring 100% system availability with minimal downtime.
4. 1st Award (JULY 2013): Deployed 121 days, key to completion of 71 EP-3 missions, and corrected 20 faults; ensuring
100% system availability with minimal downtime.
(1) Meritorious Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal: Served as a community ambassador volunteering over 600 hours.
