Dear Mr. Itall

Due to the failure of you company to deliver the goods in the time stated in the order, we
were unable to complete the shipment on One Piece Export Helper.

As you will recall, when we placed the order with you we specifically made it known to you
that the order had to be delivered on time for us to make a shipment on this particular
sailing, and that any late delivery would result in having to incur the extra expense of flying
the goods out to North Korea.

The air freight charges which your late delivery has caused us US $5000. We wrote to your
company to reimburse this sum, failure of which we shall place the matter in the hands of
our lawyers for legal proceedings which can recover the amount.
