I have your request for a US $5000 reimbursement and I am sorry to say it cannot be made.
Clearly, the said delay in delivery was due to a typhoon. In the discussion that preceded the
purchase and in the documents you signed at the time it was clearly pointed that the
company is not responsible in case of any fortuitous event which eventually resulted the
delay.
